In order to serve all sponsoring companies, banks, entities, and participating companies in the exhibition, kindly review the terms and conditions below

• Sponsorship Reservation Form approval means fully complying with the sponsorship type, cost and stand location.
• Organizers (Ramtan for organizing and marketing exhibitions Co.) are binding to what is mentioned in the Sponsorship Reservation Form. An agreement with the Organizers will be issued & approved within ten days after receiving the certified Sponsorship Reservation Form.
• In case of booking a stand, the Stand Reservation Form should be approved. Both sides are binding to the Stand Reservation Form and Stand location will not be changed unless obtaining a written acceptance letter from the participant. Changes will be subject to Jeddah Center For Forums And Events conditions and terms.
• In case of non-compliant installments, the organizers have the right to release the specified location to another participant.
• Organizers are bound to all the mentioned terms and conditions provided in the agreement. Any changes will be carried out by obtaining a written acceptance letter from the other party. Changes will be subject to Jeddah Center For Forums And Events conditions and terms.
• To execute the designs of the stand appropriately so it doesn’t cause any damage or vision obstruction of other stands.
• Sponsorship or normal participation cancellation should be (written) within 45 days before the exhibition… Organizers have the right to claim with sponsorship or stand area cost if the cancellation had happened in the period of time. already paid amounts to organizers will not be refunded
